October 2022: Apple picking and Juicing

Productive time apple picking with the help of volunteers from Cegin Hedyn community cafe and others. We used the cafe kitchen to produce 12L pasteurized and 15L unpasteurized apple juice which will be made into apple cider vinegar and apple cider. We used Dinefwr Orchardeers to Juice the remaining apples and received 135 bottles all professionally labelled. Julia and James had birthdays this month too.
