March 2020: Start of Lock Down

Peter and Julia were able to return from the States on 20th March just prior to the Lock Down on 23rd so now in self isolation! Vegetable and herb seed planting in the polytunnel this month. A roof light was placed in the polytunnel as a mini propagator for cucumbers, tomatoes and squash. Two gates were fitted on the fruit cage so now entirely enclosed to keep the birds away from our fruit bushes. 60 new douglas fir trees and 22 larch trees replanted that had originally been started by us. Strimming around the place continues!
