JANUARY 2024: FIRST SNOW AND WOOD CLEARING

First snowfall in 2024 with some bitterly cold temperatures this month.  Heather’s male rabbit surprised us with four babies so obviously a female but babies are all very cute.  Wood shed was cleaned out and repacked with additional shelving so more storage is available.  Some trees behind the house were chopped down and will be used either for woodchips or left as small piles of logs to encourage wildlife.

We took part in the Big Garden Birdwatch one weekend and saw mainly yellow tits, black tits, chaffinches, robins, thrush and woodpecker.  Our new amazing website went live thanks to Stuart’s hard work.
