September 2012: Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom renovation starts

Kitchen gutted. Water leak through kitchen ceiling showed deteriorating waste pipes in upstairs bathroom so bathroom had to be gutted. Heavy cast iron bath moved to landing for two weeks until we had the manpower to shift it! It's currently a 'water feature' on our patio...............
